External counsel review of these terms is a launch gate that is not yet complete. The commitments below describe how the product actually behaves today; wording may tighten after review, and no candidate fee or stored value may ever be introduced.
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across every journey, including payment.
What is implemented
- Every dialog and sheet traps focus, sets an initial focus target, closes on Escape, makes the background inert, and restores focus on close.
- Board rows are real links with sibling action buttons; no clickable container wraps another control.
- Error summaries take focus and link to the field they describe.
- Payment, moderation, quota and application outcomes are announced in a polite live region; destructive failures use an assertive one sparingly.
- Paid placement, urgency, response quality and tool safety are conveyed by text and icon as well as colour.
- The placement amount control pairs a slider with a synchronized exact numeric input.
- Touch targets are at least 44×44 CSS pixels and nothing depends on hover.
- Reduced-motion preferences disable non-essential animation and transitions.
Known gaps
Manual VoiceOver and NVDA validation of the provider’s embedded checkout is an open launch gate. Until it passes, the hosted checkout — which we test — remains the default after your local confirmation.
